Zephyr was never a part of the plan. As a "Covid puppy" Zephyr came to visit to experience new places, new dogs, and a different person. It wasn't immediate, mostly because I didn't think Bonnie would part with her "pick puppy", but I quickly fell for this gorgeous boy. As time progressed I began to make some not so subtle hints that I wanted this dog, and would be willing to put in the work to get him ready to hit the show ring. Luckily Bonnie was willing to share, and this handsome hunk got to stay!
Zephyr is the clone of his father Ketch, but Ketch when he was already a mature special. He has a lovely headpiece, beautiful balanced angulation, efficient ground covering movement, amazing length of leg, massive substance, and a temperament to die for. Zephyr is currently playing in the specials ring on occasion while he matures, but we expect quite the career when the time comes!
